NEED A RE-DELIVERY?
- For In-World Purchases:
- Look for the re-delivery terminal on the front desk at the mainstore.
- For Marketplace Purchases:
- Re-delivery may be requested through Marketplace on Copy enabled products purchased or gifted from the site.

NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN USING THE APPLIER HUD!
- Allow the scripts time to load. After a couple seconds try the buttons again. If this does not work try taking the HUD off and put it back on. Loading time/lag is usually the issue.
- Are you wearing other HUDs? If so take all HUDs off and try using the Nail Applier Hud again. Sometimes HUDs have hidden parts that you can't see that overlap and conflict with other HUDs.
- Are you on land where scripts are disabled? HUDs will not work in areas where scripts are disabled.
- If all else fails try getting a re-delivery. Sometimes HUDs break due to updates or randomness from the virtual world itself. Never hurts to try a fresh copy.
- Still not working? Feel free to submit a support ticket. Please allow at least 3 days time for response.
THE HUD WORKS BUT OMEGA IS NOT APPLYING
- Double check that you have used the Omega kit to enable Omega in your mesh body.
- If your mesh body requires the use of a special relay for Omega, make sure that you wear this relay when trying to apply your Eventyra product. Example: Slink
- Do not use Omega for your Maitreya body. The textures will change but the UV maps are completely different causing improper alignment of the textures.
